Peiyi Nguee

Change rarely fails because people don’t care.

More often, they don’t know what needs to change, why it matters, or how to make it happen.

About Peiyi

That’s where I come in.

I work with leaders and organisations when something needs to move: a team isn’t performing as it should, a transformation isn’t gaining traction, leaders need to step up differently, or an organisation knows it needs to change but isn’t yet clear on what that change should look like.

My work starts before the workshop.

I help organisations uncover what’s really getting in the way, make sense of the problem, and determine what needs to change. From there, I design the right intervention, whether that’s advisory work, facilitated conversations, leadership development, team development, coaching, or a combination of them.

Because not every problem is a training problem.

Sometimes the issue is capability. Sometimes it’s leadership. Sometimes it’s alignment, behaviour, decision-making or the way change itself has been designed.

I bring more than 20 years of experience across education, business leadership, entrepreneurship, coaching and organisational development. I’ve built businesses, led teams, developed people and worked through the realities of change from inside organisations, not only from the outside looking in.

That experience shapes how I work today: practical enough to understand what needs to happen on Monday morning, and strategic enough to ask whether we’re solving the right problem in the first place.

My approach combines strategic thinking, human-centred design, facilitation, coaching and change methodologies to help organisations move from complexity to clarity, and from clarity to action.

I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Enneagram (NLE), and trained Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, with further training in executive and team coaching, digital transformation, human-centred design and organisational change.
